The Firm

Specialty Vehicle Services, LLC. is owned by Michael Swendrowski and draws additional expertise from industry associates as necessary to meet the scale of the project at hand. With specialties in business and product development, business management, engineering and graphic arts, SVS is able to provide a wealth of valuable services to its clients.

Background

Michael started Specialty Vehicle Services, LLC. in 2002 after a very successful 20-year career within the specialty vehicle industry.  Within the industry, Michael held many high-profile positions within multiple organizations across the United States including Sales Manager, Engineering Manager, Production Manager, and just prior to departure, Director of Operations for one of the largest conversion companies in the USA.  In addition to his vast real-world experiences, Michael has formally trained in both Business and Electronics and is well known for his innovative developments in mobile applications.

Experience

Michael's experience within the specialty vehicle industry included principle roles in the development and manufacture of many projects.  Notable projects include: super-compact mobile mammography units, unique and successful mobile marketing units, rapid-deployment mobile emergency cellular repeater sites for China's telecom ministry, touch-screen controlled surveillance platforms for the US government, military communication units, international airport mobile command posts, and satellite uplink/downlink connected public information units.

Many of the other hundreds of vehicles Michael has been involved with include: Bookmobiles, bloodmobiles, NASCAR racing trailers, mobile DUI units, tactical response vehicles, medical and dentistry clinics, mobile education units, and many others.
